Dear Patients,
After almost nine years of a happy and productive collaboration at Palma Clinic, I will continue my professional activity largely unchanged at Clínica Juaneda, C/. Company 30, where I had already been in practice until 2016 and where I also served, among other roles, as Deputy Medical Director of the clinic. I will continue to collaborate with Palma Clinic and will offer one weekly consultation for its patients until my successor at Palma Clinic takes up his position. You will receive separate information on this matter from my colleagues at Palma Clinic in the coming year. Accordingly, you will also be able to continue scheduling appointments with me at Palma Clinic without difficulty, as you have done so far, during the new year.
The main reason for my move to Clínica Juaneda is that I have been offered the medical directorship of a clinical project dedicated to the treatment of Alzheimer’s disease through albumin replacement therapy
(AMBAR = Alzheimer Management by Albumin Replacement). I will resume my clinical practice as of January 7, 2026, initially in the annex building located next to the Clínica Juaneda parking area (Room 116).
I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the trust you have placed in me over all these years, and I hope to continue caring for you during this new phase of my professional career.

The field of neurology comprises the diagnosis and treatment of disorders of the central nervous system (brain and spinal cord) and of the peripheral nerves running through the body. Furthermore, neurology also deals with diseases of the vessels supplying the brain, and of the innervated muscles. A wide variety of neurological complaints and diseases can be diagnosed and treated: headache, vertigo, neuritis, sciatica, lumbago, unclear pain syndrome, circulatory disorders in the brain, memory problems, dementia and Alzheimer's disease, tremor, gait and movement disorders, Parkinson's disease, numbness, muscle atrophy, epilepsy, and much more.
Since many neurological diseases of the brain are associated with mental disorders, a psychopathological examination is often also necessary in cases of brain diseases. In many cases, additional instrumental examinations are required which can be performed in-house, such as electrophysiological examinations (EMG, EEG), Doppler sonographies of the cervical and cerebral vessels or lumbar punctures. We can organize X-ray examinations (MRI, CT scans), for example at the Clínica PalmaPlanas-Quirón across the street, a modern, fully equipped private hospital.
